## 4. Subscription Orders
By enrolling in a Pawdagen subscription, you agree to the following:
- Your first order includes the promotional offer as described at the time of purchase
- Subsequent orders will be charged at the then-current subscription price (currently $39.99 per bottle per delivery)
- You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each scheduled charge
- You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your account at pawdagen.com/account or by contacting us at info@pawdagen.com
- There are no cancellation fees
- Cancellations must be made before your next scheduled charge date to avoid being billed for that delivery
- Pawdagen reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amounts for your order and any recurring subscription charges.

## 7. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds, No Exchanges
**Because Pawdagen products are consumable pet food supplements, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.**
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed the product description, ingredients, and intended use before purchasing
- Consumable and edible pet food supplements cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons
- Dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, or failure to use the product as directed does not entitle you to a refund or exchange
- Subscription orders that have already been charged and shipped are not eligible for refunds or cancellation after the charge date
**Exception — Damaged or Incorrect Orders Only:** If you receive a product that is visibly damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong product, you must contact us at info@pawdagen.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement for the affected item only. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
