Return and Refund Policy

30-day returns: If Pawdagen isn't right for your dog, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Jars may be opened or unopened, with up to one opened jar per order.

How to start a return: Email info@pawdagen.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with the return address. Ship the jar(s) back by mail with the carrier of your choice and keep the tracking number. You pay the return shipping; there is no restocking fee.

Refunds: Once the return arrives, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: Email info@pawdagen.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the shipping.

Subscriptions: Pause, skip or cancel before the next charge date with no fees. A shipment that has already been charged will ship and is covered by this policy.

Amazon orders are covered by Amazon's return policy. This policy is not a guarantee of any particular result for your dog.
